When you're one of hundreds of homebuilders vying for the business of potential homeowners, just how do you set yourself apart? At Progressive Homes, Inc. Tracy Royer has the solution.
"We are, to my knowledge, the only area builder who builds the way we do. We become partners in the project with our clients, and we are unique because we share the breakdown of all of our costs with them. We share every line, every bid, and when the home is completed, the client knows the hard cost of everything in the home and what our profit margin is."
Starting initially as a real estate broker, Tracy found that he could not find builders to adequately meet the needs of his clients, so Tracy launched Progressive Homes, Inc. in 1993 with two partners and eventually became the full owner in 1995.
Besides building custom residential homes, Tracy is very active throughout the building community. Most notable has been Tracy's participation with the Valley Home Builders Association. Tracy's service has included, President 1999-2000, chairing of the Winter Wonderland and Parade of Homes. Also Tracy is a Wisconsin and National Association of Home Builders Director.
